The goal of this repository is to provide a simple guide for the use of the DCM. It includes: - Procedures to power On/Off the DCM - Simple description of the internal functioning of the DCM - Bliss functions that should be used to interact with the DCM (e.g. metrology calibration, stepper calibration, closed-loop, etc.)
